Consultation Meeting Information

A consultation meeting may be requested by the owner, or required by ACEH Land Use Program at any time during a project.

The Purpose of a Consultation Meeting is:

  1. To discuss the property or proposed project and inform the applicant of the requisite submittals, approval requirements, applicable regulations, regulatory agency involvement, and estimated timeline and fees.
  2. To identify potential site and project constraints in order to assist the applicant in making risk-management decisions.
  3. To provide an opportunity for other regulatory agency staff to provide input on the proposed project.
  4. To facilitate an efficient and user-friendly permitting process.

How to Schedule a Consultation Meeting

Please complete the OWTS Service Request Application Form found on the Forms page and submit to ACEH .

Please see the Program Fees for current fees and to find out how to submit your application. There is a 10 business day application processing period for all submittals.

You may also contact additional regulatory agencies and request their attendance at the consultation meeting. These meetings can be held at the Zone 7 Water Agency office in Livermore, or at the Alameda County Department of Environmental Health's office in Alameda.
