Any amendment to establish this district may be initiated in conformance with Section 17.54.730 of this title. The boundaries of the district may include any or all areas which relate to the specific historical resource. The proposed amendment shall be in the form of a land use and development plan which specifies the uses of land and other regulations that are to apply in the district. (Prior gen. code § 8-35.4)
