Except where a greater depth or width is required in the case of a combining district, the yard requirements in H-1 districts shall be as follows, subject to the general provisions of Section 17.52.330:

    A.    Depth of front yard: not less than twenty-five (25) feet;

    B.    Depth of rear yard: not less than twenty (20) feet;

    C.    Width of side yard: not less than five feet.

    Provided that the side yard on the street side of a corner lot shall have a width not less than fifteen (15) feet and that any side yard which abuts a lot in an R district shall have a width not less than that required in such R district. (Prior gen. code § 8-45.5)
