Subject to Section 17.52.520, one service station sign display structure, thirty-two (32) square feet total area or when combined with the service station price sign permitted by Section 17.52.520P, sixty-four (64) square feet total for the entire structure.

    Such sign shall not exceed six feet in height. The business sign portion shall be included as part of the aggregate sign area permitted on the property; however, the supporting members and design elements shall not be so included and the sign may be freestanding and may be located within a required yard. Every such sign shall be subject to site development review pursuant to Section 17.54.210. (Prior gen. code § 8-47.5.1)
