Subject to Section 17.52.520, one low profile sign, twenty-four (24) square feet maximum area, six feet maximum height, may be constructed on a lot with no less than one hundred (100) lineal feet of lot frontage on an approved street at the front lot line. The sign area shall be included as part of the aggregate sign area permitted on the property. The supporting members and design elements shall not be included in the computation of the sign area and the sign may be located within a required yard. Every such sign shall be subject to site development review pursuant to Section 17.54.210. (Prior gen. code § 8-48.8.2)
