The following are conditional uses and shall be permitted in a M-2 district only if approved by the planning commission, sitting as a board of zoning adjustments, as provided in Sections 17.54.135 and 17.46.010:

    A.    Dumping, disposal, incineration or reduction of garbage, sewage, offal, dead animals or refuse;

    B.    Manufacture or bulk storage of acid, cement, explosive materials, fireworks, fertilizer, gas, glue, gypsum, lime or plaster of paris. (Ord. 2000-53 § 1 (part))
