The board of zoning adjustments shall receive, hear and decide applications to renew or extend the term of a conditional use or to modify or waive any condition previously imposed upon a conditional use, or upon a use permit issued prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section. Every such application shall be subject to the same procedure and regulations as set forth herein for a conditional use. (Ord. 2002-60 (part): Prior gen. code § 8-94.2)
