Chapter 17.54 PROCEDURES
Section 17.54.220 Site development review--Procedure.
A. Non-Garage Conversions--Site Development
Review--Procedure. The planning director
or his designated representative shall receive and decide applications for site development
review. No public hearing is required, but the planning director may give such notice as he deems
appropriate.
B. Garage Conversions--Site Development
Review--Procedure. The county board of zoning
adjustments shall hold a public hearing and render a decision on the application after public
notification to property owners within a minimum three hundred (300) foot radius of the
perimeter of subject property and completion of a public comment period of a minimum of ten
working days.
C. Garage Conversions--Findings Required.
The conditions listed in Section 17.52.955 of
this title shall be met in the affirmative and entered into the public record as findings of fact prior
to approval of a site development review for garage conversions. (Ord. 2004-97 § 4: prior gen.
