Section 17.54.400 Cluster permit plan--Findings and action by the planning commission.

    The planning commission shall consider the intent and standards of the district and of this chapter and if the cluster permit plan is found to be in compliance with these provisions, may issue a cluster permit which shall set forth the conditions of approval the planning commission deems necessary to assure the affirmative findings. If the cluster permit plan is found not to be in compliance, or cannot be conditioned to comply with the intent and standards of the district and of this chapter, the planning commission shall deny the application. An order authorizing approval of a cluster permit or disapproving the same, shall become effective ten days after the date of such an order, unless a notice of appeal is filed pursuant to Section 17.54.670.
