In addition to these provisions relating to cluster permit expiration in Sections 17.54.410 and 17.54.420, a cluster permit shall be null and void if a tentative subdivision map is approved that is not in conformance with the provisions of the cluster permit. (Prior gen. code § 8-96.13)
