A.    At the discretion of the planning director, the county may contract with another entity to administer the rental and sales provisions of this chapter.

    B.    The planning director shall establish the amount of fees to be charged to applicants for administration of this chapter at the cost of staff time attributable to such administration. These fees may be waived or reduced as specified in Section 17.56.030 under the definition of “incentive” subsection (4)(a).

    C.    The planning director shall be responsible for monitoring the resale of restricted units.

    D.    The planning director shall adopt regulations and forms necessary to implement and interpret the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 93-5 § 1 (part): prior gen. code §§ 8-409--8-409.4)
