A copy of the findings and order shall be served on all owners of the subject properly in the same manner as provided for notice of hearing in Section 17.59.050. In addition, a copy of the findings and order shall be forthwith conspicuously posted on or near the property. (Ord. 2004-13 § 2 (part))
