A.     Section 1103.2.2 (Rubbish within Dumpsters) is amended to read:

    Dumpsters and containers with an individual capacity of 1.5 cubic yards or more shall not be stored in buildings or placed within 5 feet of combustible walls, openings, or combustible roof eave lines. Such containers shall not be overloaded, and shall be kept with their lids closed. Exception 1 and 2 are retained as stated.

    B.     Section 1103.2.4.1 (Weed Abatement Standard) is added to this code to read:

    Combustible Vegetation shall be removed or modified as detailed in the Alameda County Fire Department Weed Abatement Standard, as approved by the Chief.
