Chapter 6.04 ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE CODE*
Section 6.04.150 Article 30— Wood Products, Section 3008.3— Yard Waste and Recycling Facilities amended.
Section 3008.1 is amended by adding the following:
Section 3008.1(a) A fire permit shall be required for yard waste and recycling facilities where
storage area exceeds 5000 square feet. Piles shall not exceed 12 feet in height, 50 feet in width
and 250 feet in length.
