Section 7902.1.1 (Applicability) is amended to read:

    Storage of flammable and combustible liquids in containers, cylinders and tanks shall be in accordance with Sections 7901 and 7902. The storage of Class I and II flammable liquids and combustible liquids in portable tanks outside of buildings shall be prohibited except as approved by the Fire Chief.
