In conjunction with the board of trustees, the transitional board shall provide direction and oversight for the day-to-day operations of the Medical Center. To accomplish this, the transitional board is delegated certain general and specific duties and responsibility as set forth in the bylaws. (Ord. 97-29 § 1 (part))
