When an establishment which has been finally determined to be in noncompliance with the performance standards set forth in Section 6.104.060 and any other applicable criteria by a decision of the board of zoning adjustments or board of supervisors which finds its activities to be a public nuisance and orders the establishment to cease and desist all commercial activities, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, the owner of the establishment and property owner shall cease such activities immediately. Any activity in violation of such decision shall be an illegal use. (Ord. 2002-83 § 1 (part))
