Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to prevent the board of supervisors from ordering the commencement of a civil proceeding to enforce the provisions of this chapter and/or decision of the board of zoning adjustments or board of supervisors pursuant to applicable law. (Ord. 2002-83 § 1 (part))
