The permittee and or his or her agents shall at all times comply with Section 11326.5 et seq. of the California Health and Safety Code and this chapter in the operation of the dispensary. This includes, but is not limited to, the prohibition of sales, transportation and delivery of medicinal marijuana off the site of the dispensary premises. (Ord. 2005-25 § 2 (part))
