Any lot or plot in St. Joseph’ s graveyard or cemetery which was acquired for burial purposes before the adoption of the ordinance codified in this section, and which is now marked and designated so that it may be identified, may be used for burial purposes by the person or persons owning or otherwise entitled to use the lot for burial purposes.
