Each day’ s violation of Section 6.20.030 is a separate offense.

    Every person who violates Section 6.20.030 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished for each offense by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by both. (Prior gen. code § 3-113.4)
