Chapter 6.24 DISCRIMINATION OF THE BASIS OF AIDS
Section 6.24.100 Liability.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter
or who aids in the violation of
any provisions of this chapter shall be liable for, and the court shall award to the individual
whose rights are violated, actual damages, and any amount as may be determined by a jury, or
the court sitting without a jury, up to a maximum of three times the amount of actual damages
but in no case less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), and such attorney s fees as may be
determined by the court in addition thereto. (Prior gen. code § 2-190.9)
