Any person upon whom an order to abate is served who fails, refuses or neglects to obey any provision of the order; or any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by both.
