Such application shall be filed with the county health officer, and shall be accompanied by an application fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each truck or vehicle together with the annual license or permit fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each truck or vehicle, to cover the cost of investigation and inspection. If such application is denied, no part of such application fee shall be refunded. The annual license or permit fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be refunded for each truck or vehicle for which the application is denied. (Prior gen. code 3-66.8)
