Section 6.40.620 Request for revocation of license— Failure to furnish information.

The county health officer may at any time require any person to whom a license and permit has been granted by the board of supervisors under Article V of this chapter to furnish him with the plans and report of operations conducted by such licensee. If the holder of such license and permit willfully fails and refuses to furnish such plans and report of operations to the county health officer within a reasonable time after such demand, the county health officer may request the board of supervisors to hold a public hearing to determine whether such license and permit shall be revoked.
