This chapter is not the exclusive regulation of abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, inoperative vehicle, within the unincorporated area of the county. It shall supplement and be in addition to the other regulatory codes and statues heretofore or hereafter enacted by the county, state, or any other legal entity or agency having jurisdiction.
