The proceeds of the disposition of an abandoned, wrecked, dismantled or inoperative vehicle or parts thereof shall be disposed of in the following manner:

    A.    First to pay all administrative and removal costs incurred pursuant to this chapter;

    B.    Other fees and penalties due and payable in respect to the vehicle

    C.    Any balance shall be paid to the person responsible for the cost of removal under this chapter. If the payments cannot be made, the balance shall be deposited in a vehicle abatement fund in respect to this chapter. (Ord. 2003-11 § 1 (part): Prior gen. code 3-136.16)
