In the absence of any appeal, the property shall be rehabilitated, repaired, demolished and all nuisances removed in the manner and means specifically set forth in said findings and order. In the event the owner fails to abate the nuisance as ordered, the enforcement officer shall cause the nuisance to be abated by county employees or private contract. The costs shall be billed to the owner, as specified in Section 6.64.170. The enforcement officer, county employees and/or private contractor are expressly authorized to enter upon said property for such purposes. (Ord. 99-49 § 1 (part): prior gen. code § 3-303.4)
