This chapter is adopted by the County of Alameda to improve the general appearance and cleanliness of substandard real property in unincorporated Alameda County to the general standard, written or unwritten, of the neighborhood in which the property is situated, and to cause the swift abatement of blight; provided, however that this Chapter does not apply to East County and Agriculturally Zoned properties, which are regulated by Chapter 6.64.
