Every person conducting or engaging in a business, occupation or activity for which a solid waste facility permit is prescribed by Public Resources Code Section 44001 shall file an application for a solid waste facility permit with the county department of environmental health and at such time pay the required fee, as specified from time to time by resolution of the board of supervisors. This fee shall be applicable notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1.04.220. (Prior gen. code § 3-180.6)
