The Alameda alliance for health is hereby created and established pursuant to Section 14087.54 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code, or other applicable law, to provide health care services to certain Medi-Cal populations in Alameda County and to otherwise meet the problems of the delivery of publicly assisted medical care in

the county, and, further, to demonstrate ways of promoting quality care and cost efficiency. (Ord. 94-13 § 1 (part): prior gen. code § 3-270.1)
