The Clerk Recorder's Office will accept and inspect passport applications, then forward them to the United States Passport Office.
Applications are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Please Note: We will not accept the application if this office issued the birth certificate being used to establish citizenship.

This Execution fee is payable by cash, check or money order.

ALL APPLICATION FEES MUST BE PAID BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
