Fees Per Copy are:
- Birth Certificate: $19.00 per copy
- Death Certificate: $14.00 per copy
- Marriage Certificate: $15.00 per copy
Search Fee
The per copy fee for vital records must be paid in advance by the applicant regardless of whether the certificate is found or not.
Shipping
There is no additional charge for regular mail. Federal Express next-day delivery is available, if we receive your order before 12:00 p.m. Fees for Federal Express are United States $16.00, Alaska and Hawaii $21.50, Canada $22.50 and Saturdays $28.50. Federal Express will not deliver to rural routes or to P.O. Box numbers. However, you may have delivery made to a business address.
Credit Card Fees and Requirements
In addition to the above copy fees, there is a $6.00 charge card fee per order regardless of the number of copies ordered.
The following information is needed for all credit card orders:
- Give the card number and the expiration date.
- Give and spell the full name of the person on the certificate you are requesting.
- For a marriage, spell the full name of Party A / groom and the full name of Party B / bride.
- For a birth, spell the father's name and the mother's maiden last name.
- For a death, spell the deceased's full name and any aliases.
- Give the date the "event" occurred (birth, death or marriage).
- State the City where the event occurred or where the marriage license was issued.
- Indicate your relationship to the certificate holder.
- Indicate what type of certificate you are requesting and how many copies you would like.
- State whether to send regular mail or Federal Express.
- Spell the name of the person receiving the certificate and spell the full mailing address.
- Provide a daytime phone number including the area code.
