The indexes for birth, death, and marriage records are available to the public during regular office hours. You will need to present a government-issued ID (Driver's license or passport), which will be held while you are searching the indexes.
Due to changes in State Law, the vital records indexes are no longer available online. To learn more about the State law, click here.

You may come to the Clerk-Recorder's Office during normal business hours and search the vital record indexes.
- Marriage records starting – 1971
- Birth records starting – 1940
- Death records starting – 1960
