MCC - Lenders Only
Lenders thank you for your participation in the MCC program. This program is only as strong as the Lenders who participate. If there is anything we can do to assist you, please contact us by email, or call (510) 670-5941.
Becoming a Participating Lender:
If you are a non MCC Lender, and would like to apply for participation status, fill out the MCC Lender Participation Agreement (MCC1). Once you have filled out the application, please mail the original, along with of $750 to MCC Program, 224 W. Winton Ave, room 108, Hayward CA 94544

MCC Commitment Phase & Transmittal:
The MCC application process formally begins when the Lender submits an Initial Application Package to HCD. The application package includes several program forms and other supporting documents. This is the stacking order:
- MCC2 - Initial Application (PDF - 297kB)
- MCC3 - Application Affidavit (PDF - 123kB) (Notarized)
- MCC4 - Lenders Initial Certification (PDF - 93kB)
- MCC12 - Recapture Disclosure Summary (PDF - 141kB)
- MCC6 - Income Tax Affidavit (PDF - 78kB) (Notarized)
- MCC Homebuyer County Escrow Instructions (PDF - 108kB)
Original should go to title, copy to MCC Program - Sales Agreement - must be fully executed
- Application Fee
($500 - CASHIERS CHECK/MONEY ORDER/LENDER CHECK ONLY!) - Two most recent, consecutive pay stubs or VOE
(if self-employed, current profit and loss statement) - Federal Income Tax Returns for the previous three years

MCC Closing Phase:
The MCC closing documents are executed by the Applicant, Lender, and seller at the close of escrow (some forms must be notarized) and submitted to HCD. This is the Stacking Order
