Underwriting our Development and Services Partners

In response to new requirements from the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development, HCD has created this spreadsheet to assist our staff in reviewing the performance of our community partners. The spreadsheet relies on the past three years of annual audits. This spreadsheet is provided for the benefit of other local governments which may want to utilize the same spreadsheet.
