Training and Consultation Resource Guide The Child Care Planning Council, in partnership with the California School-Age Consortium and First 5 Alameda County is offering this Training and Consultation Resource Guide for early childhood programs seeking trainers and consultants whose expertise in the early care and education field can support agencies in meeting their professional development goals. It was created for the Early Care and Education Professional Development and Retention Project in Alameda County. The report presents an overview of County demographics as well as child care-specific data, and analyses the supply, demand, costs, and experiences and challenges of special populations and the child care providers themselves. We also have profiles available for each city, as well as zip code for Berkeley, Fremont, Hayward and Oakland.
