The Alameda County Local Investment in Child Care (LINCC) Project promotes and supports business and local government investments to strengthen the child care infrastructure through integrating child care planning and resource development with land use, economic development, and business planning and partnerships.

LINCC offers Alameda County businesses:

  • Reports and information on the economic impact of child care at the state, county, city, and individual business level.
  • Links to resources for employer child care needs assessments and program development.
