Notice To Vendors
Beginning July 1st, the Alameda County Contract Compliance System will be introduced to monitor contract and labor compliance for County contracts through the use of a new interactive website, Elation Systems.
Contracts to be monitored will generally be
- Goods, services, professional services and construction contracts that are over $25,000 and require subcontractor participation
- Construction contracts with a Labor Compliance Program (LCP) component
- Prime contractor is a Small Local Emerging Business (SLEB) and there is no SLEB subcontractor participation
- SLEB Program requirements have been waived
Upon award of a County contract that will be monitored in the Alameda County Contract Compliance System, vendors should schedule a representative from their office/company, along with their subcontractors, to attend vendor training. One-hour training sessions will be held periodically in a number of locations throughout Alameda County. Utilization of the Alameda County Contract Compliance System and all training will be provided at no charge to vendors and their subcontractors participating in County contracts.
