Portfolio Management

GSA Portfolio Management is responsible for long-range planning regarding County real property assets. Activities include assisting County departments in assessing their space requirements and furniture needs, reviewing, planning, and analyzing project costs, and assisting in the implementation of projects. Portfolio Management, working with the County Administrator's Office, develops the Capital Plan for the County which is approved along with the annual budget by the Board of Supervisors. The Portfolio Management group also maintains the inventory of County- owned properties, determines space assignments, and makes recommendations regarding the purchase and disposition of County facilities.
