Telephone Systems Division
The The Telephone Systems Division is responsible for the operation of the County Private Branch Exchanges (PBX's),voice messaging systems and other voice related systems & services. The Division is also responsible for maintaining portions of the County Online Telephone Directory and County listings in SBC Directories, maintenance of telephone service records and cost data for the County telephone system, processing of requests for new and modified telephone service, public pay telephones, and telephone credit cards. This Division acts as a liaison between County Departments and the County cable vendors to coordinate requests for new cable. The Division also provides centralized operator services to process calls from the public and from within the County.
