Mission Statement
To improve outcomes for Alameda County's low-income and vulnerable children and their families through cross-system collaboration in county-sponsored services.
The Interagency Children's Policy Council (ICPC) is a County sponsored collaborative of agencies serving Alameda County's low income and vulnerable children and families. Since 1994, ICPC has used cross-agency collaboration as a strategy for improving outcomes for children and families while promoting institutional change at the county level. ICPC is responsible for linking the planning and development of the AB 1741 Youth Pilot Project, Family Preservation and Support, and county-wide school-linked services.
