SEMRISE / Sexually Exploited Minors Network is currently in the process of becoming an independent non-profit, 501-C3 entitty. In the meantime, we have partnered with Philanthropic Ventures Foundations to provide us with a place receive and process donations for our work.

Philanthropic Ventures Foundation (PVF) is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to supporting outstanding charitable work, customizing giving programs for donors, initiating new dimensions in grantmaking and acting as the depository for charitable projects that do not yet have their tax exempt status.

PVF acts as the depository for the Sexually Exploited Minors (SEM) Network and has established Sexually Exploited Minors (SEM) Network Designated Fund.

PVF will provide donors with a tax acknowledgement letter, for their charitable donations, less the fair market value of any goods and/or services provided. Sexually Exploited Minors (SEM) Network will specify in writing the fair market value of any goods and services provided - to PVF and to any donors, sponsors, and prospects.
