From Highway 880 in either direction, take the Winton Ave East Exit.
At the first signal make a Right onto Santa Clara Street.
Go one block to the next light and make a Left onto Elmhurst Street.
The Public Works Building is the second complex on the left.
Street Parking is limited. There are a limited number of metered parking spots in the parking lot in the back of the Public Works Building. The entrance to the County Parking Garage can be found by crossing Amador Street, which is located at the east end of Elmhurst, and following the signs to the left.
