Cancel a Drilling Permit

Applicants may cancel a drilling permit only in writing by mail, fax or email to Water Resouces Section, Fax 510-782-1939 or email at wells@acpwa.org. If you do not cancel your drilling permit application before the drilling completion date or notify in writing within 90 days, Alameda County Public Works Agency, Water Resources Section may void the permit and No refunds may be given back.
