Additional Business Types
Project Description
The Alameda County Ordinance Code currently allows the granting of permits for three (3) commercial cannabis business types: cultivation, retail and delivery. The County is currently considering whether to allow the following further business types: manufacturing, testing laboratories, distribution and microbusinesses.
Proposed Ordinance Amendments
County staff are preparing ordinance amendments to address the proposed additional business types. The ordinance amendments will be the subject of a public hearing process. Details will be available via the below summary of Meetings and Agendas.
