Race to the Top-Early Learning Challenge: Alameda County's Advisory Committee Key Documents

California is one of nine states selected to receive a competitive federal Race to the Top-Early Learning Challenge (RTT-ELC) grant. Alameda County is one of 17 local Consortia to receive funding. The grant will be used to develop and implement a Quality Rating and Improvement System with the goal of having more low-income and high needs children in high quality child care programs.
