The Alameda County Fair Association maintains and operates the Alameda County Fairgrounds to provide year-round opportunities for facility usage, to coordinate and produce the annual Alameda County Fair, and to operate a satellite wagering facility. The buildings and grounds are available for rental throughout the year.
