Wildlife Management and Domestic Animal Rabies Control

  • We assure proper quarantine and release from quarantine of biting animals.

  • Investigation of nuisances related to bats, skunks, opossums, raccoons, dogs, cats, rabbits, pigeons, chickens and fowl.

  • Conduct trapping for biting or nuisance animals as necessary.

  • Monitor local animal control agency activities.

  • 1,500 Animal bites are reported annually.
