Fees Per Copy are:

• Birth Certificate: $34.00 per copy
• Death Certificate: $26.00 per copy
• Marriage Certificate: $19.00 per copy

Search Fee:
The per copy fee for vital records must be paid in advance by the applicant regardless of whether the certificate is found or not. If the record is not found, a certificate of No Record will be issued.

Online Order Convenience Fee:
Your secure online order credit card transaction is being processed by Alameda County's third party processing partner, IntelliPay Inc. IntelliPay charges a $2.00 non-refundable convenience fee per order regardless of the number of copies ordered in addition to the copy fees. This charge will appear on your credit card statement separately as ALAMEDA COUNTY CLERK RECORDER SVC FEE.
